Below is the first edition of the Maine Dems' Victory 2008 weekly e-newsletter: Roadmap to Victory. Our goal is to keep you up to date with all of our events that are happening around Maine in the coming week, and to decrease the number of emails you receive from us by consolidating information in one place. Thanks for your continued support of our historic ground operation here in Maine this year. Together, we can bring about change for Maine and our nation in November!

Friday Night is Youth Night in Bangor!

The MDP's Bangor office is partnering with The Exchange, a local Hampden business, on a series of Friday night events aimed at engaging the community, particularly those under age 25, in the political process while networking with other local young people interested in both the election and the arts.

Every Friday night starting this Friday, June 27, there will be youth-to-youth phone-calling from 4:00-6:00, followed by a weekly event-everything from music performances by local musicians, film screenings and discussions, political forums, candidate nights and art exhibitions.

This week, there also will be pizza between 6-7, followed by a performance by local band, Hauk. The Bangor office is located at 73 Central Street. Call Nicole Brown at 942-0004 for more information.
